Western Abstract & Title Company, Inc. was founded in April of 1992 by Allen L. Fugate and Michele J. Aloi. 

Joyce J. Gibbs, the Company’s first employee, and the Co-Owners have a combined 51 years of experience in Title Insurance and Real Estate. With its success, the Company has now grown to nine employees.

The Company is known for its professional and experienced staff and quality work. Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corp. has been the Company’s underwriter from its inception.

Western Title Co. provides Title Insurance, Escrow Closings, Abstracting and Like-Kind Exchange Services.
